    Hennessy Cognac, Giffard Maraschino Cherry Liqueur, Gomme, Egg White

    Inspired by NYC hip-hop legend MF DOOM, the ALL CAPS is an ode to one of DOOMS primary vices, cognac. Like the double and triple entendre prominent in the late rapper’s lyricism, ALL CAPS start with the heavy hit of the cognac and ends with the sweet taste of the cherry liqueur.

    K Town

    Peach Rum, Lychee Juice, Gomme, White Peach Soda & a Jinro Peach Soju Shot

    Koreatown may be small in size, but it is packed with authentic restaurants, bars and many other Korean-owned businesses. These restaurants/bars frequently serve Soju, a traditional rice-based spirit. Our bartenders have created a cocktail on the sweeter side, mimicking some of the flavours you may pick up on in Korean cuisine.

    SakaGura

    Nikka Days Blended Whisky, Cocchi Rosa Aperitivo, Plum Sake & Plum Bitters

    A nod to the Japanese community within New York City, our cocktail shares a name with a beloved underground gem. Sakagura brought sake to the public domain and has been introducing sake to visitors since 1996. Our bartenders decided to contribute our own sake-based cocktail, with smoky flavours & complimentary plum notes throughout.

    The Dead Rabbit

    Patrón Reposado Tequila, Ojo De Tigre Mezcal, Fair Chipotle Liqueur, Makrut Lime Cordial, Pineapple Gomme & Saline

    Straight out the heart of the financial district in NYC lies the famous Dead Rabbit Irish bar, a New York staple. Our bartenders have taken inspiration from previous visits and developed a tantalising drink you can enjoy right here in the Velvet Room living out your very own NYC experience.

    The Carnegie Club

    Nothing quite displays class like cigars, single malts & Frank Sinatra Saturdays. The Carnegie Club is the perfect spot to enjoy high-end entertainment with top-shelf drinks. Our bartenders have taken inspiration from the exclusive lounge, crafting a rich yet smooth cocktail that makes you feel like a member of the club.

    Lady Liberty

    No such American landmark exists more iconic than the towering Statue of Liberty. Gifted to the US by the French to symbolise freedom & democracy, it stands as a beacon of hope & American ideology. It was a given our bartenders created a cocktail based off the lady herself.

    The L Train is a vital transport route between Manhattan & Brooklyn - one that holds special memories for a member of our team. As a sweeter addition to our cocktail list, the L train to Brooklyn will have you feeling like you are crossing the Williamsburg bridge into Brooklyn with a cocktail in hand.

    Infused Bacardi Caribbean Spiced Rum, Ackee Syrup, Passionfruit Puree & Pineapple Juice

    Queens is notably one of the most culturally diverse urban area in the world. Our bartenders chose to celebrate the many Jamaican denizens within the borough, with a special significance on personal family ties. Ackee, a fruit used in the national dish of Jamaica, is a key component to the cocktail.

    Marilyn Monroe was once the most famous actress in the world. Having moved to New York to work on her craft, she ended up falling in love with the city, forming a deep connection with her new home, one that never faltered. Our bartenders have designed a cocktail that showcases the elegance & charm of the world-famous showgirl.

    Medallion

    Yellow Chartreuse, Fair Kumquat Liqueur, Port of Leith Distillery Martha’s White Port & Makrut Lime Cordial

    The glistening yellow of the medallion taxi is an image deeply connected to New York’s visage. While the medallion itself is the name for a government regulation to moderate taxi cabs, the colour is synonymous. Our bartenders have chosen to name our translucent yellow cocktail after the renowned mode of transport.
